CORE SERVICE / MALTA & GOZO

Custom Software & Integrations

We build custom software for businesses in Malta and Gozo when existing tools do not fit the work. From booking platforms to internal systems, we start with the people, information and decisions the software needs to support.

Who this is for

Businesses outgrowing spreadsheets, working around disconnected tools, or planning a customer-facing platform.

PRACTICAL EXAMPLES

What could this look like?

Ways we could help, depending on your workflow and the scope we agree together.

Replace a spreadsheet workflow

Give bookings, schedules or records one shared home, with the right access for each person.

Connect existing systems

Move information between your booking system, payment provider and back office without repeated entry.

Build a customer platform

Let customers search, book, pay or manage their account while your team manages the operation behind it.

WHAT YOU GET

A scope you can understand.

The proposal confirms which outputs are included, the dependencies, costs and responsibilities.

  • An agreed workflow and requirements brief
  • Working software delivered in reviewable stages
  • Access, integration and acceptance checks for the agreed scope
  • Documentation, handover and a maintenance plan

WHAT WE DO

Custom Software & Integrations

Web applications and portals

Customer-facing platforms and internal tools with clear screens and dependable workflows.

Booking and business systems

Availability, scheduling, records and operational tools designed around how your business runs.

APIs and integrations

Connections to existing services such as payments, booking channels and business tools.

Existing-system improvements

Review, extend or modernise software in stages when keeping what works is the better choice.

HOW WE WORK

Understand. Agree. Deliver.

We map the problem and compare configuring an existing tool, connecting systems and building something new. Custom development is a choice, not the default.

Before implementation, we agree the first useful version, dependencies and acceptance criteria. You review working increments rather than waiting for a final reveal.

Ownership, hosting, third-party licences, handover and ongoing support are made explicit in the proposal. The schedule follows the agreed scope.

PRACTICAL GUIDES

Questions worth exploring.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you decide.

Do we need custom software or an existing tool?

We compare both. An existing product may be enough when its workflow fits. A custom build makes more sense when a core process, integration or customer experience cannot be supported well by the available options.

Can you work with software another developer built?

We can start with a technical review. Access to the code, hosting, documentation and connected accounts helps us judge whether to extend, improve or replace it.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

Both depend on scope and dependencies. Software discovery produces an initial brief and phased plan; the proposal then sets out costs, milestones and what is included. There is no universal delivery timetable.

What happens after launch?

We agree handover and any monitoring, maintenance or improvement work separately. Responsibilities, response arrangements and recurring costs should be clear before launch.

A FOCUSED START

Software discovery

Turn an idea into a buildable brief. We agree the scope before starting; implementation is a separate decision.
